Pinky Maniri-Pescasio is a visionary healthcare leader, entrepreneur, and prominent authority in healthcare operations, revenue cycle management, clinical operations, healthcare finance, and healthcare artificial intelligence. Based in New Jersey, she brings nearly 30 years of experience strengthening revenue integrity, advancing responsible AI adoption, and guiding healthcare organizations through complex regulatory, clinical, and reimbursement environments.

She is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of GoHealthcare Practice Solutions, which she founded in 2006. Under her leadership, the company has grown into a nationally recognized healthcare consulting and operations organization delivering revenue cycle management, financial optimization, compliance, and executive advisory services to physician practices, facilities, and healthcare systems.

Pinky leads enterprise-level revenue cycle strategy across patient access, utilization management, coding, billing, compliance, and payer optimization. She advises executive leadership on Medicare reimbursement, CMS policy interpretation, audit readiness, and compliance risk mitigation. Her work addresses payer denials, underpayments, utilization trends, and reimbursement erosion, while providing executive oversight for operational redesign, workflow optimization, and scalable revenue infrastructure.

She is frequently engaged as a trusted advisor to C-suite healthcare executives, including chief executive officers, chief financial officers, and physician leaders, particularly within pain management, spine, orthopedic, and specialty practices navigating regulatory and reimbursement challenges. She is known for discretion, integrity, and delivering measurable financial outcomes.

Pinky is also the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Axendra Solutions, a global healthcare operations organization supporting U.S. and international healthcare entities through scalable delivery and workforce models. Her work through Axendra focuses on workforce optimization, operational excellence, healthcare-compliant technology enablement, and AI readiness and governance alignment. She partners with executive teams to improve efficiency, transparency, and long-term operational sustainability.

In addition, she is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Vaydah Healthcare, a mission-driven organization focused on addressing the U.S. nursing shortage through ethical, compliant, and sustainable global workforce solutions. Her leadership includes the development of structured nurse placement strategies, partnerships with U.S. hospitals and teaching institutions, oversight of international recruitment and credentialing pathways, and the design of workforce models aligned with U.S. healthcare regulations and institutional standards. Through Vaydah Healthcare, she also supports healthcare systems in global markets facing critical workforce capacity challenges.

She is a nationally recognized speaker and thought leader, invited to address healthcare executives, physician leaders, and specialty practices on revenue integrity, Medicare and CMS policy, audit readiness, payer strategy, AI governance, and the evolving business of pain and spine medicine. Her organizations also engage with the international healthcare community, including exhibiting at major global healthcare forums such as World Health Expo in Dubai, U.A.E.

Pinky began her professional career as a teacher. She later became an accomplished Academician, serving as a University Professor at the College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics at Mindanao State University (MSU), Philippines, where she also held an academic leadership role as Former Department Chairman of the Computer Science Department. She is a Filipino-American and a devoted mother of three children.
